Support for your body’s own wisdom.

welcome

A woman with curly hair giving a massage to a person lying face down on a bed in a cozy room with bookshelves and decorative items.

Massage benefits the physical body — muscles, fascia, adhesions, lymphatic flow — but it is also directly linked to our emotional and energetic experience.

Some people come for sports recovery. Some for maintenance, like an oil change that keeps everything running smoothly. Others arrive carrying chronic tension, old injuries, or something harder to name.

My role is not to proclaim that I know everything. I am a student of the body — my own and others’ — and I hold space for you to slow down, breathe deeply, and notice what might be asking for attention.

Sometimes that’s hydration. Sometimes it’s sunlight. Sometimes it’s grounding. Sometimes it’s simply presence.

I hold space to create space. What unfolds depends on you.

I believe in reciprocal exchange. If cost is a barrier, I’m open to creative forms of barter.

I am glad you are here. I am here because

I’m a massage practitioner (200 education hours), currently completing my 500-hour certification program to become a Certified Massage Therapist (300+ hours completed at the California Health Institute). Since 2024, I’ve studied a range of modalities — from sports massage to myofascial release to Ayurvedic principles — because I’m genuinely fascinated by how the body is woven together.

Muscle doesn’t work in isolation. It’s wrapped in fascia, informed by the nervous system, influenced by breath, posture, stress, and history. The body is integrated. What happens in one place often echoes somewhere else.

Some people come in for maintenance — like an oil change that keeps everything running smoothly. Others arrive when something is knocking, pulling, or quietly wearing down. Either way, the body is constantly compensating, adapting, recalibrating. My work is about slowing that process down long enough to listen.

Every modality has its own language. Every person brings a different history. No two bodies are the same. I see each session as a kind of puzzle — not something to “fix,” but something to understand.

Bodywork helped me navigate chronic pain and periods of nervous system overload in my own life. I don’t claim to have all the answers. I’m still learning — and that ongoing curiosity shapes how I work.

What I offer is informed massage and space to breathe. The rest unfolds from there.
